Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Meat Zonica and in accordance with the following guidelines:

Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered for perishable items such as fresh meat and poultry. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of any perishable item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
